The Takoma/Langley Crossroads Development Authority, Inc. (CDA) is a non-profit Maryland Corporation composed of over 150 business people in the area south of the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and University Blvd. in Takoma Park, Maryland.

The CDA was organized in 1987 as Maryland’s largest Commercial District Management Authority and under the authority granted by the City of Takoma Park.  The district comprises over 350,000 square feet of retail, office, and professional space.

The CDA was established for the purpose of promoting and marketing the Takoma/Langley commercial area. It encourages and promotes the revitalization, improvement and expansion of the varied businesses, for profit as well as non-profit, and aims to make Takoma Park’s Crossroad’s community a better place to shop, work and live.
